Chronic Dev-Team confirming that iOS 4.3.x jailbreak on iPad 2 is only few weeks away and iOS 4.3.x jailbreak for all other iDevices using GreenPois0n RC6.2 will follow after iPad 2 jailbreak. In an interview on Vokle at MyGreatFest, iPhone hacker Joshua Hill has already confirmed that all firmwares beyond iOS 4.3 will be supported by iPad 2 jailbreak. For those who don’t know, Comex still got the crown of jailbreaking first ever iPad 2 on iOS 4.3. Unfortunately, Apple patched the jailbreak hole used by Comex in iOS 4.3.1. Later Comex confirmed that the exploit he used to jailbreak Chpwn’s iPad 2 on iOS 4.3 was basically the same kernel exploit used by him in JailbreakMe 2.0 but Apple failed to fix it properly. As far as iPad 2 jailbreak is concerned, Chronic Dev-team explains:

I’m not going to get into extensive detail about this, but what I will way one of the missing puzzle pieces may have reared its head and cast a glance in our direction… take from that what you will.
