After the announcement of iPad 2 and its specs, Joshua Hill also known as p0sixninja in the jailbreaking community has given a hope that at least SHAtter exploit is still there in iPad 2 just like the original iPad.

For those who don’t know, SHAtter is an exploit found in October 2010. The team wanted to release it to jailbreak iOS 4.1 but Geohot came with Limera1n exploit and suggested to save the exploit for newer devices. So there’s a big chance that it works on iPad 2.
