iPad 2 or the next generation of iPad’s Retina Display had so much fuss around the Internet since the release of iOS 4.3 Beta 1. Recently 9t05Mac has reported that iPad 2 will going to feature 1024 x 768 (the same screen resolution as the current iPad) and then MacRumors has totally changed the scenario by reporting that the next generation iPad will feature 2048 x 1536 screen resolution.
But what we guess is Apple will definitely adpot a higher resolution camera for it’s next generation iPad or iPad 2 as new features makes a gadget called ‘next generation’. But the matter of the fact is a .png has been found in the iBooks 1.2 source files called WoodTile@2x.png. It’s sized at 1536 X 800, while the old WoodTile.png in iBooks 1.1 was 768 x 400. The new .png is 2x in each direction, or 4x the pixels.
Some specs are still hidden like the RAM or onboard storage.
