Not all the people do have a spare Bluetooth keyboard to connect to an iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch with. So it’s better for them to use a Mac. Surely, this is an app. The app works by pairing a Mac to the iOS device. It also works with Androids. Technically speaking, the Mac performs as a Bluetooth keyboard. You just need to type in the Mac app and it appears in iOS. This can be simply called ‘the technology speaks.’
Houdah Software has announced the immediate availability of Type2Phone 1.4. Type2Phone turns your Mac into a Bluetooth keyboard for your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. Type2Phone running on the Mac will follow a Bluetooth keyboard. Pair your iOS device with the Mac while Type2Phone is running. Now, whatever you type it will be passed to iOS device.

Type2Phone also allows for pasting text from the Mac to the iOS device. Every character that could by typed can also be pasted. Just need to hit cmd-shift-V. It also supports text selection and copy-paste operations on the iOS device. It is possible to navigate the text by using the arrow key. Simply, hold the shift key while navigating to select text. * If the Mac is listed with a blue arrow, tap that arrow and select “Forget this device”.
* Disable Bluetooth on the Mac
* Reenable Bluetooth on the Mac
* Set Bluetooth on the Mac to be discoverable
* Launch Type2Phone
* Now restart your iPhone / iPad
* On your iPhone / iPad, go to Settings > General > Bluetooth
* Enable Bluetooth on your iPhone
* Tap the name of the Mac to start the pairing procedure
The price of Type2Phone 1.4 is $4.99 (USD) or equivalent to your local currency. You can get it from the Mac App Store in the Utilities category or you can download it from here. But, before you download a utility, be sure that you actually need it.
