Chronic Dev Team released Absinthe after a lot of hard work. Absinthe is the jailbreaking utility that enables a users to accomplish untethered jailbreak on A4 devices, which include iPhone 4S and iPad 2. However, apparently the utility was released as soon as it could accomplish the minimum tasks of jailbreaking. The team has now released an update to the utility which provides full support for Mac OS X10.5, PPC and Intel CPU. The new update also takes care of a known bug in the earlier version of Absinthe for Windows. Download this new version below.

This new release of Absinthe now included added full support, in it’s Mac version, for OS X 10.5, both Intel and PPC. Moreover, in the earlier Windows version of Absinthe, there was a known bug in payload generator which could’ve caused a crash. This new update has fixed the bug so that there is no longer a risk of crash for Windows users.
