T280 ultralight, X140, X200 netbooks By LG

LG has now three new laptops and netbooks ahead of the big show.LG has announced a new CULV-based ultra-thin in the form of the 11.6-inch T280 series. It comes with two model configuration including LG T280-LR3PK and LG T280-GR63K version.

The T280-GR63K that is powered by a 1.3GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 processor and the T280-LR3PK which has an Intel Pentium SU4100 processor. Both come with Windows 7 Home Premium.

Each of these processors can be paired with 2GB of DDR3 1066 memory and the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 4500MHD for graphics, and 802.11b/g/n WiFi. The Pentium version comes with a 320GB hard drive where the Core 2 Duo model gets a 500GB disk.It has a 6 cell battery, HDMI and VGA output. The T280 weighs 1.39kg. Seems to be quite an attractive design. Pricing equates to about $990 to $1,094 here in America.

The new ultra light notebook X-Note Mini X200, that just weight 1.2kg, features a 10.1″ monitor with a 1366×768 resolution. The notebook has a new look with a very rounded design and ‘chiclet’ keys. It gets 1GB of RAM, GMA 3150 graphics and a 250GB HDD. Other features include WiFi and a chicklet keyboard. It also carries a 250GB hard drive and Windows 7 Starter Edition.

Joining the X140 and X200 netbooks, the latter of which actually looks to be identical to the X20 model we spotted at in the FCC’s hands earlier this month. Both of those will pack 1.66GHz Atom N450 processors, along with some other seemingly similar specs, but fairly different designs.
