AT&T has just confirmed of LG Thrill 4G will available in stores in this summer, but they do not confirm any date. In their announcement they informed, along with a suite of preloaded 3D content, at the 3D Summit in NYC.
The LG Thrill has a dual-core 1GHz dual-channel RAM processor and two 5-megapixel stereoscopic 3D cameras on the back that can record 720p video in 3D and 1080p in 2D. The 4.3-inch display doesn’t require any glasses to view the 3D content. There is a front-facing camera as well. They also assure to convert 2D content to 3D, though we well have to wait and see how well that works. It ships with Android 2.2, and it supports AT&T’s “4G” HSPA+ network. Some more features like HDMI and DLNA compatibility, and Mobile Hotspot capability.
The apps include YouTube 3D, plus 3D games like Let’s Golf 2, Asphalt 6, and N.O.V.A. If you are not satisfied with those options, they also get access to the Gameloft 3D store plus 3D movies from mSpot.
