Earlier we have seen a hotel offering guests 24-carat Gold iPad. Lately, British company Goldgenie has introduced Gold HTC One.
Goldgenie is a company who sells a number of items as pre-customised units including Apple iPods and iPads, as well as mobile phones and video game consoles. And now the company is selling gilded HTC One. The brand new Gold HTC One is being sold for £1,895, while the Rose Gold for £1,995 and Platinum for £2,095.
That steep price tag gets you a SIM-free, unlocked HTC One plated in shiny precious metal, Beats earphones with a remote and microphone, a dock connector, all the normal cables and papers, and it all comes in a “luxury cherry oak finished box.” In addition, all the phones come with 32GB and 64GB memory storage.
The Goldgenie site claims orders can take up to three weeks to ship, depending on demand.
