Samsung Galaxy S III May Come With 1280 x 720 Resolution

A lot of users have been eagerly waiting for the release of Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone. The good news for us now are that our wait may prove worth it with a Korean daily claiming that Galaxy S III will sport a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED Plus display which will have a stunning 1280 x 720 display! This is a huge step forth from S II which has a 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with 800 x 480 resolution.

If the rumors be true, and so far there has been no official word from Samsung on them, we can expect Samsung to increase its market penetration significantly with the help of the upcoming S III smartphone.

There are two other reasons why it can be a significant success for the company. One, that it will be supporting the 4G LTE connectivity feature. Moreover, the smartphone comes with a quad-core chip, so we can expect a truly top-of-the-range device in the form of S III.

There have been hints that the company is already testing the smartphone with carriers in Korea. However, based on that, we can’t expect that the phone will arrive any time soon.

That is because Samsung has been denying reports of a release this month, so we probably will have to wait more than a month to lay our eyes on the device. Rumors also have it that S III will most probably hit the shelves some time in May.
