New iPad Users Very Satisfied With The Tablet

As soon as Apple released the new iPad, there was a lot of excitement over its new features. But then there was also criticism regarding a number of LTE-related problems, battery-charging issues and a lot more. However, it seems that the actual users of the new iPad do not care much about these criticisms and are very satisfied with the tablet.

ChangeWave has conducted a little survey to gauge the satisfaction level of the users of the new iPad. During the course of the survey, ChangeWave asked about 200 owners of the new iPad about their experience with the tablet. The survey also asked the users about the particular features that they love about the device, the things they dislike and their overall likeness or dislike for it.

The survey results depict that the user satisfaction level of new iPad users is even higher than that of iPad 2 users! And the credit for that clearly goes to the Retina display which was stated as the most likeable feature of the tablet. Close on its heels were the battery life and 4G LTE which were hailed by the users as second and third most awesome features of the new iPad.

Out of these 200 surveyed users, a whooping 82% stated that they were very satisfied with the new iPad while 16% were of the view that they were somewhat satisfied with it. This didn’t stop 26% of them to say that the one thing they disliked about the tablet was its price. Another 23% said that the wireless data plans available with the tablet were bit too costly, a complain well stated. Apple ought to note that a significant 7% did notice the extra heat coming off the tablet.

Nonetheless, overall, it would seem that the users are very satisfied with the Retina-display iPad with its crystal clear graphics and 4G LTE connectivity.
