Step 1: First, you need to download the appropriate IPSW file for your iPhone or iPad. Click here to find your model and download it
Step 2: You have to ensure that you have the latest version of iTunes on your computer. If you dont have then, update or download it
Step 3: Now, you need to connect the iPhone or iPad to your desktop computer and then mouse click on your device when it come out
Step 4: From the Summary section, you have to click the Check for Updates button along with pressing Shift (From Windows) or Option (From Mac)
Step 5: Now go to the IPSW file that you have downloaded at the beginning and launch it
Step 6: Wait a little bit. Your device will be downgraded to iOS 9.3.2.
It will downgrade your iPhone or iPad from iOS 10 to iOS 9.3.2 without deleting your stuffs if you have backuped previously. Either you should make a full backup otherwise do not upgrade next time because you might have lost all data.
