A few days ago Google began to show what will be the new YouTube design. Within few hours of the first “test”, many users have published images of how future YouTube will lookalike If you can’t wait to see and test new design, in this tutorial I will show you how to get him right now from your web browser command console.

What about the new design? Well the design looks very similar to what would be Google+ or even Google’s own search results. A minimalist touch that will surely raise good reviews but also win many detractors.

Step 1: Let’s try it, regardless of the browser you use. To do this you need to use command console in your web browser and here is how to lunch it in your browser:

  • Google Chrome – Ctrl + Shift + J
  • Mozilla Firefox – Ctrl + Shift + K
  • Internet Explorer – F12 and select the Console tab
  • Opera – Ctrl + Shift + I

Step 2: Once you are in the console, load YouTube page main page, you must enter the following command and press Enter on your keyboard:

document.cookie=”VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=nH7tBenIlCs”;

Step 3: Close your YouTube tab, open new one and reload YouTube again. New design should be loaded now.

What do you think of the new design? Interesting, or too minimalist? Let us know in comment section below.
