Lately, Google Drive and Docs have faced critical error issues. Many users have mentioned that they were unable to login or work on their respective accounts. Rather, when they tried to access their accounts, they were shown a 500 server error message.
Apart from this, users were unable to modify or even access services such as Slides and Sheets along with the other ones. However, before the problem was appropriately detected, users flocked at Twitter and expressed their confusion and anger over the issue, and the problem was brought to the attention of the appropriate authority. Google said, “We’re investigating reports of an issue with Google Drive. We will provide more information shortly. Affected users will notice 500 errors and latency.”
Although some users had expected that Google would solve the problem by 18:30 (GMT ), Google solved the issue around at 20:50 (GMT).
