The last major version of Apple’s Mac OS, namely OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, was released by the company in February last year. Fast forward a year and another major OS X release is due on Apple. A number of websites are receiving significant amounts of traffic from machines claiming to run OS X 10.9, which hints that Apple may be on the verge of releasing the next version.
