It has taken the concept of virtual reality to a whole new level with the “Live Part 4D World Tour”. It is a new theme park opened recently in South Korea and has 65 various kinds of attractions. This whole lot of fun covers a lot of area of 10,000 sq. foot (929 sq m). It also has large interactive displays and some installation art pieces.

The Kinect Fun Labs Gadget is available as a free download for all Xbox Live Gold members and even non-paying Live members can try it out during a limited trial that runs until September 8th. The new chat tool joins a handful of other mini applications offered by Microsoft as part of its Kinect Fun Labs, which launched last month and Microsoft plans to add Kinect Sparkler to that collection of apps, $3 software that tracks hand movements to write with light on a 3D virtual canvas. A Bay Village Sued Microsoft For Infringing Kinect Motion-Sensing Video Game Controller

Microsoft is being sued by an Ohio-based company called Impulse Technology for allegedly infringing on its patents with the rapidly selling Kinect motion-sensing video game controller and filed suit claimed that the controller-free motion tracking violates its patents for System and method for tracking and assessing movement skills in multidimensional space. The company claims that Microsoft is willfully infringing on these patents and although this will be an interesting piece of news to watch, because other companies have also invested in motion- and position-detecting technologies in gaming and other applications…………..
