Canonical is speeding up the progress on its Ubuntu Touch OS. The company unveiled the OS, meant for tablets, a few months ago and a developer preview arrived back in February. Now, Canonical has made the beta images of Ubuntu Touch available for testing, so that developers can dig into them and discern if there are any bugs.

Firefox OS Will Be Available In Five Countries This Summer

Apple’s iOS operating system and Google’s Android has captured around 90 percent of smartphone market OS share, according to IDC. They seems to have a competitor who is still young, but can ignite serious competition — Firefox OS. ASUS Transformer AiO Will Be Available In Q2 For $1,299
