Apple Again Files A Complaint Against Samsung Through ITC To Block Import Of Galaxy Devices

Apple launched its latest lawsuit against Samsung with an International Trade Commission (ITC) complaint that seeks an injunction to prevent the Korean giant’s key Android smartphones and tablets from being imported into the United States. Samsung also has an ITC lawsuit against Apple and the strangest thread through these Apple-Samsung duels is that the two parties are key partners. Samsung believes that there is no legal basis for the motion for injunction by Apple and motion for injunction sets forth its position that Samsung has slavishly copied the design of the iPhone and iPad in the creation of the Galaxy Tab, Infuse 4G and other products…………

InMobi Reports Apple iPad As The 6th Largest Advertising Device Across Europeo

iOS has pretty substantial marketshare in Europe, but it also appears to hold a pretty large slice of the advertising pie in Europe and mobile specialist InMobi has released a report that identifies the iPad as the sixth largest advertising device in Europe, based solely on ad impressions. Apple iPad accounted for over 80 million ad impressions in Europe, helping push Apple past all other manufacturers in terms of ad requests with an overall share of 19.5% and iPhone remains the most popular handset………..

Toshiba’s Thrive the 10.1-Inch Honeycomb tablet to hitting July 10th according to Best Buy’s inventory database. The pre-orders for the 10.1-inch pad got underway June 13th, and though we’ve long been hearing it would go on sale July 10th, Toshiba has only been giving a loose ETA of mid-July. This Thrive 10.1-Inch Honeycomb tablet is also available in Amazon.com for pre-order all the 8, 16, 32 GB model.
