Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster suggests interest in the iPhone remains strong and he points to a small survey of 216 mobile phone owners in Minneapolis that shows 64% will buy an iPhone as their next handset. 67% of BlackBerry owners were going to switch to an iPhone next with only 26% sticking with RIM and by contrast, 94% of iPhone owners were going to get an Apple handset again, while 42% of Android owners would be continuing with the OS for their next phone…………….

An industry analyst has claimed that Apple is likely to launch internet connected TV sets in march 2012 and rumors say that the company would be looking to converge its Apple TV box into a monitor. Apple’s new 2012 models will work from the VideoWave’s six-inch thickness and 16 speakers and theirs will in fact be thinner and will equal that of the speaker total.
