It is an improvement over an earlier hack that managed a tethered jailbreak of some iOS 4.3.2 devices — but even the updated copy of redsn0w (version 0.96rc13) made available today does not yet work with the iPhone 4 or the iPad 2, though a fix is pending for the iPhone 4 and the group has indicated that it will update their utility Pwnage Tool once that fix becomes available.
