A newly leaked video demonstrates various Metro UI elements of Windows 8. German site WinFuture has managed to got a video and a number of screenshots which shows off some of these new user interface elements, including the new revamped login window in action.

Apple’s newly released firmware iOS 4.3.2 can be jailbroken using Redsn0w 0.9.6. The current jailbreak for iOS 4.3.2 is tethered unlike iOS 4.3.1 and can used used to jailbreak iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3G, 4G and iPad 1G. iPad 2 and Apple TV 2 are still not supported.
At the Mix11 conference Microsoft has announced that Skype be coming to Windows Phone 7 this Fall. According to the report, Microsoft representative stated “Skype will be coming to the Windows Phone 7 platform this fall”. So Windows Phone 7 users who are also Skype lovers, be ready for it.
According to Redmondpie Milestone 1 of Windows 8 (Build 7850) has now leaked onto the FTP sites. The build is pretty old, from the 22nd September 2010, but still carried many of the clues which has revealed what we can expect from Microsoft’s latest OS.
Windows 8 screenshots are leaking out continuously. Today CNBeta has managed to publish some new and unique images which shows the App Store of most awaiting Operating System Windows 8, but the legitimacy of the images have have yet to be confirmed. With that in mind, some people have begun laying our reasons why these are clearly fakes.
Skype for Windows has been updated to version 5.3, with the latest release offering a number of enhancements including better quality video during calls received from mobile devices. There are no more grey status icons. They’ve been converted to green ones.

Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 8 OS comes with an updated taskbar that features a small user picture tile in the notification area of the taskbar. It was only a matter of time before the Windows modding community set about their task of bringing as many Windows 8 features to Windows 7 as possible.
