It’s been reported earlier that Microsoft is going to launch Windows 8 upgrade program from June 2, but the up-gradation price wasn’t announced. Rumor says Microsoft is preparing to offer a very low-cost upgrade to Windows 8 Pro for customers who purchase a Windows 7 PC – in just $15.
You’ll receive a coupon that lets you upgrade to Windows 8 Pro for just $15 when it is released. The offer starts at nearly the same time that Microsoft committed to release of the preview of the next Windows. Microsoft representatives declined to comment, when asked about the offer.
