I found a cheaper route using an expired magicJack dongle my brother had lying around that only cost me $11.97 (it was normally $19.95 but I picked it up on sale).
All I had to do was plug his old magicJack into my laptop, download and install the GVJACK APP program and sign in to my Gmail e-mail account.
Works like a charm with my multiple handset cordless phone system. Unlike the Obi100 solution I reviewed, it is actually integrated with my Gmail contacts list and I get the caller name on my phone.
I already had my Google Voice number set up to call my mobile phone so when I added this it also rings my GVJACK phone in the house and I can use it instead of burning up my mobile phone minutes.
