President Obama And Mitt Romney Launch New iOS Apps For Upcoming Election Day

The Election Day is going to held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. The US President Barack Obama and his Republican challenger Mitt Romney, both are busy taking their campaigns using information-laced technology. To share their words and approach to public, both of them have launched new iOS apps.

The name of Obama’s newly launched app is Obama for America. The app Obama for America shares Obama’s policies, help for finding local events, coverage of breaking news, information for volunteering, and access to voting and registration rules by state.

On the other side, the name of Republican challenger Mitt Romney’s app is Mitt’s VP. The app Mitt’s VP is designed to attract people in a different way. The app highlights the announcement of Romney’s choice for Vice President. The app text promises the news will come to phones before it goes the press and “just about everyone else.” There’s also an option to follow Romney’s Twitter feed in-app and a link to donate on his main site. Mitt’s VP is available for iPhone and Android, and it allows users to sign in to the app with their MyMitt or Facebook account. It features push notifications to exclusive news and the ability to share merchandise and content.
