According to rumors, Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I95oo) will run on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and will feature new Exynos 5 Octa CPU, Mali-T658 GPU, 4.99-inch SuperAMOLED Full HD Resolution Display (diagonally it’s 5-inch) , 2GB RAM, 13MP rear facing camera capable of shooting 1080p Full HD video at 30FPS, 2MP front facing camera capable of shooting 720p HD video, integrated pen.

SamMobile at first discovered the Antutu benchmark database about Galaxy S4. But we expect Samsung will open its mouth soon. So stay tuned to know the real scenario.
