It looks like RIM and Motorola have decided to bury the legal hatchet. A PRNewswire release indicates that the two companies have reached a legal settlement which will cross-license patents dealing with: 2G, 3G, 4G, 802.11 and wireless email.
The deal will end “all outstanding worldwide litigation between the two companies.”
