Last year Casio release C771, and C881 Gz’One Commando appears to be an update of their previous version. The leaked image of C881 looks similar to Type-V Casio which was revealed for Japan earlier in 2013.

According to documents posted in FCC website, the C881 supports the CDMA bands and LTE bands, used by Verizon Wireless, in addition to NFC, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. The typically paired buttons seen in the image above confirms that the rugged smartphone runs Android. It comes with a large screen, camera with flash and a memory card slot. The photos posted on FCC website also show an optional battery cover that supports wireless charging. There hasn’t been any official announcement from either Casio or Verizon Wireless about the C881 Gz’One Commando yet.
