Doom 4: The Action Is Expected To Begin By Mid-2013

The first-person horror action game series Doom will be back soon with its new game Doom 4. Yes, you heard it right. Finally we will be able to relive the high-fueled action of Doom. I am already excited to tell you that we do not have to wait for long to get our hands on the new game. Although the game release date is not declared yet, it is assumed that Doom 4 will rock the world in multiple consoles within the first half of 2013. Doom 4 is going to be the 4th installment of Doom series, developed by id Software.

Doom 4
Id Software has not revealed much about the storyline, but ensured that the plot of Doom 4 has resemblance with Doom 2. Just like Doom 2, the new game will take place on Earth. The original game play style of Doom and Doom 2 will make its return through this game, a diversion from the complete horror style of Doom 3. Id Software also confirmed that the game will support 30 fps to make it look lot better than previous games. In fact, the developers are using a new high graphic-oriented game engine called id tech 5 for this purpose.

It is a matter of regret that no video trailer of the game is available yet. However, we are expecting a trailer to be in public by the end of 2012.

The publishing in-charge of Doom 4 will be Bethesda Softworks. Graham Joyce is confirmed as the story writer for the game. The game is scheduled to be developed and released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. If any updates is available we will bring it to you.
