Back in January, rumors circulated that ASUS would release a 7-inch tablet named Memo Pad in April for $149 only. The ASUS MeMo Pad 7 finally arrived in stores yesterday.
For those who missed the specs should know, the Memo Pad 7 runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and will feature a 7-inch 10-point multi-touch LED-backlit display with 1024 x 600 resolution along with 140 degree viewing angle, 350-nit brightness. It is powered by a single core 1GHz VIA WM8950 CPU, 1GB RAM, and Mali-400 GPU which is capable of 1080p video playback. Check the full specification on our MeMo Pad product page. If you are looking to get a good 7-incher under $200 then the Asus MeMoPad 7 is certainly the best option.
