Bestbuy.com has opened up again to online orders for the $399.99 16GB Wi-Fi only ASUS Eee Pad Transformer tablet. For weeks the Transformer has proved hard to find, and when it is found the price is usually higher than the MSRP. The quantities that Best Buy has available isn’t known. If you have waited for a chance at the Transformer the time is now. But keep in mind if you want the keyboard dock you will to spend an extra $149.99 when it becomes available. Asus Eee Pad Transformer price is set for $399 for the 16 GB version, while the 32 GB version will be setting you back $499. This tablet features a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 powered Honeycomb tablet that packs some impressive hardware like a 10.1 inch IPS touch-screen display protected by Gorilla Glass, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of hard drive and pretty much everything else the $600 Motorola Xoom offers.
