Microsoft had unveiled its much-anticipated Surface Pro slate recently, promising an availability by February 9th. However, the good news are that you may be able to try your hands at the slate before that date as a number of retail locations seem to have put them on display.
For now, it is not known exactly what retail locations have put the tablet on display. However, we do know that Best Buy and Staples retail locations will have the tablet once it becomes available. So in all probability, these locations, and Microsoft’s own Stores, may have Surface Pro by now.
You can check out the locations of any of these retail chains in your vicinity and then pay them a visit. At best, you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the high-end Microsoft slate. At worst, you’ve got nothing to lose except a few minutes of your precious time, perhaps.
For the prospective buyers, Surface Pro will become available in both U.S. and Canada by February 9th. The prices will start at $899 for the 64 GB model whereas the 128GB will cost $999. If you have any plans of buying one, bookmark the above mentioned retailers and be sure to spend some hands-on time with the tablet before paying for it.
