T-Mobile G-Slate Hits FCC

LG V900 is the G-Slate Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet announced on January 6 at CES 2011 and now T-Mobile G-Slate by LG has just hit the FCC.LG G-Slate is one of the two Honeycomb tablets that were announced alongside a carrier agreement and will be one of the higher-end tablet to run Android 3.0…….

LG-v900 tablet has passed through the FCC.G-Slate is the only tablet announced by LG and the only discernible info in the filing is that it contains cell tech that matches T-Mobile (WCDMA).LG added a confidentiality request on the posting.G-Slate will be available on T-Mobile,it will have HSPA+ wireless and it’ll be packing Honeycomb.G-Slate would be launching soon after the Motorola Xoom but before the Xoom gets its LTE upgrade.G-Slate available in stores as early as March.The G-Slate along with the Xoom will be the first real Honeycomb tablets to hit the market.Android 3.0 Honeycomb was built for larger screens in mind and ew version of the OS brings a complete UI overhaul.

    Nice product! Too bad they tied it with T-Mobile, perhaps LG will release a WIFI “carrier free” version. With so many WIFI spots around, I’m not sure the dependency to 3G or 4G is necessary. Check out more Tablet PC device reviews at http://tabletpcdevices.com/tabler-reviews/
