In an Apple Store in California, a woman walked in with her baby and asked for immediate repair citing AppleCare told her that she could get it. When she was refused, the fun began. The incident was caught on a video by actress/singer and dancer Porscha Coleman.
The woman in question was apparently under the impression that she would be offered repair services as soon as she walked into the store. However, Apple Stores have a first-come, first-serve policy and given the popularity of Apple devices, one often has to wait in queue.
So when the woman found out that she may have to wait for some time, she started thumping her hand on the stroller of her baby and went into a raging fit. The incident was captured on video by actress Poscha Coleman. Coleman posted it on Vine.
She tweeted the video with the following words, “This lady is goin OFF in the Apple Store!! Lol U dont have an appointment, lady! #coolit #chillpill #takesomemeds.” Coleman then shared this video:
Thankfully, the ‘lady’ abstained from making any explicit remarks in her anger and cooled off by stating in a loud voice, “I was told by AppleCare that I could walk in the store and get repaired.”
