Do you think you can decode any code, written words, sign etc? If so, then why don’t you dare to decode the words written by a grandmother on the front and back of index cards? I can bet, your heads will be BOOOMMMM!!!
Janna Holm‘s grandmother Dorothy Holm died of brain cancer in 1996 when Janna Holm was 11 years old. Before Dorothy Holm died, she had written something on the front and back of index cards and later handed to Janna Holm and her cousins. For the last 18 years after Dorothy’s death, Janna Holm and her cousins tried very hard to decode the meaning of those written words, but failed.
Finding no other way, Janna Holm using the name JannaK, shared an image of those series of letters in MetaFilter, asking for help from internet users to decode the words. Holm mentioned that weeks before death, her grandmother didn’t talk to anybody. Rather she used to write index cards with mysterious sequences of letters on them. However, the above image you see reveals the mysterious sequences of letters written on the front and back of a index card. Look at the picture on top for better idea.
Janna also mentioned that she and her cousins, while trying to decode the words, thought these mysterious words could be a song lyrics. At present, many MetaFilter users are busy in decoding the meaning of these letters.
A MetaFilter user harperpitt claims it is “not a song lyric”. Some other MetaFilter members have mentioned that the letters may represent “prayers and other religious texts.” For example, those “A”s at the end may mean “Amen.”
Until now, the best guess (incomplete) for the entirety of the card is (collected from various users’ input in MetaFilter –

Till now, no one succeeded decoding full letters. I also tried to decode. Want to know what I decoded the meaning of this letters? After seeing the letters I said loudly, “Mom, get me a coffee. I think I’ve figured out what I’m going to be doing for the summer.” However, if you think you have decoded the letters, then don’t forget to share with.

Let me explain something nearly all septic companies will not: there are two categories of people in this life. Those who believe septic systems are merely “subterranean tanks for waste,” and those that have had raw sewage gurgling into their property at 2 AM. I learned this reality the tough way in 2005—standing in muck, trembling in a Washington deluge, as my siblings and I assisted a grizzled installer restore our family’s failed system. I was 14. My hands were raw. My clothes were ruined. But that moment, something crystallized: This isn’t just manual labor. It’s folks’ lives we’re protecting.
Here’s the harsh truth: nearly all septic companies just service tanks. They are like temporary salesmen at a chainsaw convention. But Septic Solutions? These guys are different. It all originated back in the early 2000s when Art and his family—just kids hardly tall enough to shoulder a shovel—helped install their family’s septic system alongside a experienced pro. Visualize this: three pre-teens waist-deep in Pennsylvania clay, learning how soil permeability affects drainage while their peers played Xbox. “We never just dig holes,” Art shared with me last winter, warm coffee cup in hand. “We discovered how ground whispers secrets. A patch of marsh plants here? That’s Mother Nature screaming ‘high water table.'”

Let me share the harsh truth: the majority of HVAC failures take place because someone ignored a step. Failed to calculate the load properly. Used cheap equipment. Miscalculated the insulation needs. We’ve fixed countless of these disasters. And every time, we record another insight. Like in 2017, when we began adding smart thermostats to all install. Why? Because Sarah, our lead tech, got frustrated of watching homeowners lose money on inefficient temperature settings. Now clients save $500+ yearly.

Allow me to tell you something most septic companies refuse to: there are two categories of people in this life. Those who think septic systems are simply “underground boxes for waste,” and those who have had raw sewage gurgling into their backyard at the dead of night. I discovered this distinction the tough way in 2005—knee-deep in muck, shivering in a Washington deluge, as my family and I helped a veteran installer repair our family’s broken system. I was a teenager. My hands were raw. My jeans were wrecked. But that evening, something changed: This isn’t just dirt work. It’s folks’ lives that we’re preserving.
This is the harsh truth: nearly all septic companies just service tanks. They act like band-aid salesmen at a demolition convention. But Septic Solutions? They are unique. It all started back in the beginning of the 2000s when Art and his brothers—just kids barely tall enough to lift a shovel—helped install their family’s septic system alongside a weathered pro. Visualize this: three pre-teens knee-deep in Pennsylvania clay, discovering how soil absorption affects drainage while their buddies played Xbox. “We didn’t just dig holes,” Art explained to me last winter, steaming coffee cup in hand. “We understood how earth whispers secrets. Allow me to share with you something nearly all septic companies refuse to: there are two kinds of people in this world. Those who think septic systems are simply “buried containers for waste,” and those who have had raw sewage erupting into their backyard at midnight. I learned this difference the tough way in 2005—knee-deep in mud, shivering in a Washington rainstorm, as my siblings and I aided a grizzled installer restore our family’s failed system. I was a teenager. My hands ached. My jeans were wrecked. But that evening, something changed: This ain’t just manual labor. It’s folks’ lives we are protecting.
Here’s the ugly truth: the majority of septic companies just pump tanks. They’re like temporary salesmen at a demolition convention. But Septic Solutions? They’re different. It all originated back in the beginning of the 2000s when Art and his family—just kids hardly tall enough to carry a shovel—helped install their family’s septic system alongside a grizzled pro. Imagine this: three pre-teens buried in Pennsylvania clay, discovering how soil permeability affects drainage while their buddies played Xbox. “We never just dig holes,” Art shared with me last winter, steaming coffee cup in hand. “We discovered how earth whispers secrets. A patch of cattails here? That’s Mother Nature shouting ‘high water table.'”

Let me share the brutal truth: the majority of HVAC failures occur because someone skipped a step. Failed to calculate the load correctly. Used cheap equipment. Misjudged the insulation needs. We’ve fixed hundreds of these failures. And each time, we file away another learning. Like in 2017, when we started adding smart thermostats to all system. Why? Because Sarah, our senior tech, got sick of watching homeowners waste money on inefficient temperature settings. Now clients save 20-30% yearly.
