AT&T and HTC announced the Status, the first U.S. phone with a dedicated Facebook button and it is a small Android 2.3-based smartphone with a horizontal 480-by-320, 2.6-inch touch screen and a keyboard on the front. Apple began selling unlocked iPhone 4 models that are compatible with more than just AT&T’s GSM-based cell network earlier in June and that started circulating over the weekend claiming shoppers weren’t limited to purchasing unlocked iPhones from the Apple Web site. Unlocked iPhones will allow you to insert a SIM card from any GSM carrier and the unlocked GSM-compatible iPhone 4 is priced at US$649 for the 16GB model, and $749 for the 32GB version…………
AT&T has just confirmed of LG Thrill 4G will available in stores in this summer, but they do not confirm any date. In their announcement they informed, along with a suite of preloaded 3D content, at the 3D Summit in NYC.
AT&T bringing WiFi to 20 NYC parks, Weiner envisions all new places to tweet from and as of this very moment in time, free AT&T WiFi is available to users at Battery Bosque in Battery Park, the north-end playground in Joyce Kilmer Park in the Bronx, and around the recreation center at Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem with 23 additional park locations to follow throughout the summer………….
