New PlayStation Terms May Result In Bans

Sony has added an arbitration clause to its newest Terms of Service (ToS) documentation, which prevents any future class-action lawsuits and the move leaves many gamers with little choice, forcing them to accept their loss of rights or leave the PlayStation Network (PSN). Customers who want to give notice of a dispute are told to do so in writing, offering Sony the chance to resolve the matter through informal negotiations and customers can opt out of forced arbitration, if they submit the exemption in writing to Sony within 30 days of accepting the revised terms………………

Modded Wooden Sega Saturn Laptop

If there’s one thing better than a new Ben Heck mod, it’s seeing something his army of apprentices has cooked up and c_mon recently posted a few pics of this incredibly cool commission: a portable Sega Saturn laptop in a CNC-cut wood case. MOG announced the availability of a new app for the Boxee Box by D-Link that allows you to pick and choose from the 11.5 million song from company’s strong library right on your TV. The 320 kbps, to be offered as a native app for Boxee and album art in 1080p that you can peruse using your double-sided Boxee remote and a welcome expansion of the media box’s music repertoire which currently includes Last.FM and Pandora. Sprint Told Employees Not To Discuss On iPhone 5
