Apple’s iLife updates Release

Apple released a few updates for its iLife suite of media creation and management applications are already available through the Mac App Store as well as by conventional means. All three updates promise fixes for assorted problems that have cropped up in the respective apps. In iMovie 9.0.4, for instance, Apple improves support for opening projects imported from iMovie for iOS.

Apple Seeking Another Vendor For iPad Production

Apple may be looking to add another iPad manufacturer for its iPad 3 in addition to Foxconn and considering either Quanta Computer or Petagron Technology as the additional manufacturers. Apple Files Another Lawsuit Against HTC

Apple and Samsung are currently embroiled in a lengthy lawsuit over the iPhone and several popular Android handsets and both manufacturers claim their other is infringing on their IP and are asking the courts to block/ban the import of the offending hardware. Apple took aim at smaller rival HTC with filling a claim with the International Trade Commission (ITC) to ban the sales of the competing smartphones and tablets, this is the second complaint against HTC with the ITC…………….

Spy Camera Artist Secret Service At Apple Store

A Brooklyn-based artist has caught the attention of the Secret Service after installing software on Apple Store computers that takes Webcam photos every two minutes nd posting those images on the Internet, McDonald took the photos and posted them on a Tumblr blog called People Staring at Computers. Apple Stores wipe their computers each night, so McDonald had to reinstall the program every day for the three days that he gathered the photos and he set up nearly 100 Apple computers to take pictures each minute and send them back to his servers………..
