Apple Is The Latest Target Of AntiSec Hacker Group

Anonymous hackers associated with the AntiSec movement taunted Apple over the weekend by posting a list of 27 usernames and passwords, pwned data apparently originated from a number of surveys hosted on an Apple business website. Anonymous have claimed to have breached one of Apple’s servers and have managed to gain access to private data. There has been no word from Apple regarding this matter and hackers apparently are too busy elsewhere to mess with Apple, but that doesn’t mean the company is bulletproof………..

InMobi Reports Apple iPad As The 6th Largest Advertising Device Across Europeo

iOS has pretty substantial marketshare in Europe, but it also appears to hold a pretty large slice of the advertising pie in Europe and mobile specialist InMobi has released a report that identifies the iPad as the sixth largest advertising device in Europe, based solely on ad impressions. Apple iPad accounted for over 80 million ad impressions in Europe, helping push Apple past all other manufacturers in terms of ad requests with an overall share of 19.5% and iPhone remains the most popular handset………..

Pegatron Technology Received Order of 15m iPhone 5 From Apple

It has been revealed that Taiwanese Manufacturing company, Pegatron Technology has received a manufacturing order from Apple for 15 million iPhone 5 units. The sources also revealed that the upcoming iPhone 5 is a minor update to iPhone 4, most probably with a new design and less new features compared to iPhone 4, Digitimes reported. They also reported that Pegatron has significantly increased its manpower and plants in 2010 when they received an order of 10 million CDMA iPhone 4s but because of less demand of the CDMA iPhone 4, the company supplied less than 4 million units which caused a fall in the company’s gross margin and utilization rate.

Google Plus App for iPhone Submitted to Apple and Awaiting Approval

After launching the application for Android, Google has submitted the Google+ App for approval to Apple App Store. Google’s technician, Erica Joy revealed that Google+ app for iPhone has been submitted to the App Store and is awaiting approval. Users can still open the mobile compatible version of Google+ on iPhone but native iOS apps are usually better and run smoother and faster compared to web apps.
