Asus is showing a 11-inch UX21A touch-enabled Ultrabook at Computex in Taipei. The ultrabook is pre-installed with Windows 8 and fully explores the touch sensitive features of the operating system. Its touchscreen is exceptional but whole design is conventional. Asus mentioned that the ultrabook has not made to the production line yet. That means, consumers may have to wait couple of months more to get their hands on the device.

Apple Will Use Liquidmetal Technology In Future Products

A lot of rumors had been doing their rounds regarding Apple’s upcoming iPhone. Some of these claimed that Apple will be using a rather new material, called liquid metal, in its next iPhone. HP Updates Ivy Bridge To Envy 15, 17 And 17 3D Laptop

Almost one month has been gone since HP has announced Spectre XT, Sleekbook, and Ultrabook series. Now HP has taken a decision to update its older line of Envy laptops. The company is updating Intel’s latest processors code-named Ivy Bridge to Envy 15, Envy 17, and Envy 17 3D. Alongside, HP has deducted the price tag for the same. The new Envy 15, 17 and 17 3D are priced at 1,099.99, 1,249.99 and 1,529.99, respectively.

Lenovo has introduced new ThinkPad tablet at Computex which is running on Windows 8 OS. Though previously we have been seen Windows 7 tablet by Lenovo such as ThinkPad X220 but for the first time, we have been seen Windows 8 tablet. It does not a mandatory upgrade from one OS to another, it means that Lenovo are going into a new category. Samsung Introduces Series 5 Ultra Touch And Ultra Convertible Ultrabooks

Samsung has introduced two new Series 5 touch enabled ultrabooks at Computex in Taipei. Both Ultrabooks have Ultra Touch with Ultra Convertible which is designed around Windows 8 and offering 1366 x 768 touch screens. The Ultra Convertible carries the concept further with a 13-inch display that can fold all the way back. Samsung did not declare till now when the ultrabooks will be available in stores or how much they will cost.
