JK Shin, head of Samsung Mobile Communications, has announced that the company will be launching a smaller version of Galaxy S III today in Germany. Mr. Shin broke the news to the Korean press on Wednesday. The screen size of the new smartphone, popularly dubbed as Galaxy S III Mini, is 4-inch.

During every latest Windows release, Microsoft said its OEM partners that don’t need to clutter about the latest version of the company’s desktop operating system with crapware.
