Acer announces it’s  first 7-inch tablet to run Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system. On the UK version of Amazon today the tablet with those firsts has popped up under the name Acer Aspire ICONIA TAB A100 for pre-order. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth only A100 will be launched on April 20th, presumably only in the UK, with a price tag of £299.99 with free shipping to UK addresses.The price for the Iconia Tab A100 has already been exposed twice for the European continent. Previously a leaked advertisement for a carrier stated the price would be €349 price and finally Acer themselves announced the same price for the A100, when they announced release and pricing info for it and other ICONIA Android tablets.You get a 7-inch WSVGA (1024×600) multi-touch LCD, a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, 512MB of RAM (Amazon Ad is a typo), 8GB built-in flash storage (Amazon Ad is a typo), Android 3.0 Honeycomb first Android OS just for tablets, a microSD card slot(up to 32GB), HDMI, USB 2.0 as well as a 2MP front and 5MP rear facing cameras.Wi-Fi only tablet listed on Amazon UK the price of the A100 looks awesome. The Wi-Fi only Galaxy Tab is priced at £299 flat with free shipping to UK addresses. Inside the 7-inch Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi the only advantage is 1GB of RAM and 16GB of flash storage but you get no Android 3.0 or 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 with the Tab.
