LG Unveils Three Optimus L Series II Smartphones

LG unveils all the new Optimus L Series II smartphones ahead of this year’s Mobile World Congress. The new L Series II smartphones are the Optimus L3 II, the Optimus L5 II, and the Optimus L7 II. All of the three smartphones run Google’s Android operating system.

The Optimus L7 II is a phone sporting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It packs a 4.3-inch WVGA IPS display, an 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8225 processor, 768MB RAM, 4GB internal storage and a large 2,460mAh battery. There is a 8-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera. Users also have options to expand user memory through microSD card slot. The dual-SIM phone will be the first to launch in Russia this week.

The L3 II and L5 II are configured with lower spec hardware then L7 II. The L3 II features a 3.2-inch QVGA IPS display with 1,540mAh battery. The L5 II has a 4-inch WVGA display and comes with a 1,700mAh battery. The launch date of L3 II and L5 II has not been confirmed yet.
