The Android tablet can be ordered for free with Telenor’s Surfa Bass plan that will cost 369 SEK (55 USD) per month with a 2-year contract, which over the complete of the contract would cost about 8856 SEK (1320 USD). There are other plan options as well.As for the availability, Telenor’s site suggests availability within 1-3 weeks, which means the tablet could land in Sweden before UK.
