Every Nextbook model has a preloaded Borders eBook Store application making it easy to purchase and download favorite titles. “Shopping” for an e-book is like shopping for a printed book, except the book is delivered instantly to your Nextbook. The Borders eBook store offers more than one-million titles, many of which are free. Nextbook owners can choose the latest bestsellers and new releases as well as specific categories such as biography, fiction, romance, etc., right from the comfort of their own home.
E FUN Nextbook Android tablet e-readers will be available first on HSN beginning in November. MSRP is a very affordable $199.99 for the Next2.
Its just a force close error. That try didnt work. Hit force close & try again. I have a Motorola Droid cellphone & it happens alot to everyone. It happens to apps, even my camera on my phone. Its not an issue with your nextbook, I think its just a “failed to load, try again” type of thing. Ive had it on my droid for years & so has everyone else I know. It can be annoying but not a major issue at all.
Check & be sure you have the charger plugged into the correct hole on the device. Ive read alot about people thinking it wont charge but realize its plugged in wrong, just a thought.
Hello everyone please keep in mind that this not and iPad and if you mess it up the first time it charges it will never be the same so if you want and iPad don’t get it then compare them because they’re two completley different software’s this is similar to the Pandigital Ereader
well, said. I’m no saavy but I’m good at following the manual and it’s been flawless so far. Took seconds to detect my wifi. Downloaded free ebooks (39 clues for my son) and audio books for myself from my ibrary. Downloaded the apps from appstore, my son is thrilled with the 24 math game and chess. I am happy with my nextbook, I surf the net for news, email, play youtube, facebook, twit, uploaded videos of my kid’s violin & piano recitals to my 8G SDcard. I’ll try the flashcard soon. Got it at walmart for only $158 site to store. I don’t understand why people are having problems. Perhaps they just need to exchange it, for the price you can’t beat the value. It’s like a mini ipad. No way I could afford an ipad, this is the next best thing. If Netflix keeps its promise to stream movies via android this year I’ll be the happiest mama.

i am having trouble getting onto the internet at home. i put in my internet password and it keeps coming back saying The application Settings(process com.android.Settings)has stopped unexpected.please try again. I have tried alot of times and keep getting the same message.can anyone help me on this one.it worked at the store but not on mine why?

I received. A next 3 for christmas Android at first was exilirated to have received it, soon after however I started experiencing multipal system glitches such as, forced closed music, frozen screen, weak wifi even when right by the network hub, all in all not 5 star worthy material but not a worthless piece of junk either. It works like a dream when its working but personally I think for a supposed top of the line e-reader it should preform better. Oh Android the warranty is junk. It. Doesn’t. Cover damage, Android even if you have a glitch problem if there is any alteration of any kind weather softwear, or physical, even accidental damage from it getting knocked out of your hand on a bus that warrenty they tell you about goes out the window. So if your thinking about an. E book go for the NookColor or The origional because either one plus the 2year warrenty are way more worth your money than the nextbook of any generation.
My mother just got her NextBook a couple of days ago and I didn’t encounter a single problem with it from setting up the wireless connection to getting on the internet so I guess other’s just get impatient because it’s not like being on a computer, you need to slow down and play with the unit alittle and then it become’s simple…gl all 🙂
I love this. I have no problem with it. It is a great product. I had a hard time at first figuring things out, but then I go a hang of it and now I LOVE it!!!!!!
I know some of the ereaders can actually read to you, can this one? Can you download audio books?
Please please please DO NOT waste your money on this!! I got mine from HSN & every application I went into it would lock up on me. I had to press the reset button on the back probably 10 times when I first used it. I immediately returned it. Could not even get it connected to the internet although the screen said it detected the wifi signal. Please don’t waste your time or money!!!

I just got the nextbook2 from HSNand I was happy with it until I couldn’t play youtube videos…it says it was processing link but then it just returned to the youtube home page. Cant get ahold of the company as it says not to return! does anyone else have this problem?

I watched the demo on HSN and the host said one good thing about this unit is it has Java, unlike IPad, AND IT DOESN’T!!!! And that was the only reason I bought it!
