It has an excellent media player, coupled with a sub-par Android 1.5 experience and a resistive touchscreen. It’s all sounded pretty great to us since its CeBIT unveil, but then small, yet saddening details began to emerge about the device: it has a resistive touchscreen, lacks an accelerometer, and doesn’t have access to the Android Market — and worst of all, it runs Android 1.5.
The Archos 7 Home Tablet is really your only option at the moment.

If your Google-Fu skills are up to par, you are able to install an unofficial extension to get access to the Android Market. I currently own one of these, and I really enjoy it.
Same here. The stock Android cupcake was sluggish, so removed it and installed custom firmware. Works faster, has google market place and for me as a student the price was a big factor. I get tons of battery life to browse, listen to music and play youtube videos (youtube app for android).
I know this was a while ago but can you tell me how please
