Verizon to Offer $30 Unlimited Data Plan for iPhone

On tuesday morning verizon has announced that it would offer the same $30 unlimited data plan for the iPhone as it offers for all of its other smartphones.But by afternoon the company updated its announcement and backpedaled, saying it would only offer the unlimited iPhone data plan “for a limited time.” Those who get in during the window will have unlimited data on their iPhones throughout the life of their Verizon contract.

Apple’s App Store Gets Its Own Twitter Account

Apple has launched a new twitter account exclusively for its popular Mac and iOS App Stores.Apple already has Twitter accounts for iTunes Music, Movies, TV, Podcasts and Trailers, and Apple Executives Phil Schiller and Scott Forstall (who has yet to tweet) both have personal accounts. The iTunes Twitter accounts are “announce only” style accounts and generally only follow each other. Apple as a company has yet to get on Twitter, nor has it created accounts related to Macs.

Verizon iPhone 4 Coming Earlier Next Month

Verizon CEO Lowell Mcadam confirmed that a CDMA (non-LTE) version of the iPhone 4 is coming to Verizon Wireless early next month.Apple’s Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook explained the Verizon iPhone 4 will connect to the CDMA 3G network and has all the same features as AT&T’s iPhone: FaceTime, Retina Display, 5 megapixel camera, and HD video.

More Proof of a Verizon branded Apple iPhone 4

Some days ago i’ve posted through BusinessWeek that “Verizon iPhone To Release After CES 2011“.And finally we have got more proof of a Verizon branded Apple iPhone 4 coming soon.Verizon Wireless may have acquired the domain names iPhoneonVerizon.com and iPhoneforVerizon.com. The domain names appear to have been originally registered through GoDaddy to Jack Benton then later transferred to the Mark Monitor domain service. Benton owns the domain names iPhoneonSprint.com and iPhoneonATT.com and judging by the those site designs being the same as iPhoneonVerizon.com’s design, he was the one who transferred or sold the Verizon iPhone domain to Verizon.
