Along with iPhoto 9.1.2, Apple also released a font update for Mac OS X Snow Leopard. This fix addresses bugs encountered with OpenType fonts when displaying and printing documents. It also resolves issues with printing from Preview, as well as problems with PDF documents not opening in 3rd party PDF-viewing apps. Font errors with PostScript printers have been fixed, too.
Apple has released the iPhoto 9.1.2 Update via their Software Update utility and website for direct download. The new version comes with fixes for toolbars not hiding correctly in fullscreen mode, as well as better formatting for the book, card and calendar themes. iPhoto 9.1.2 also contains fixes for old iPhoto 5 libraries not being upgraded to the new database, and design tools now accessible from separate Layout and Options buttons.
Apple has released a firmware update for the mid-2010 iMac systems (both 21.5- and 27-inch models) that addresses a problem where the systems were not booting properly. The update is a small 767KB download that should be available through Software Update for relevant system.
