Yesterday, Acer held a press event in New York City and unveiled a number of new products, including Aspire R7 Windows 8 laptop-tablet convertible whose display can be moved in any side and a $800 Windows 8 Ultrabook convertible Aspire P3 which will be coming to consumers shortly. At that event Acer also unveiled Iconia A1, the company’s first full-featured 7.9-inch tablet targeted at modern day explorers, adventurers, digital freaks and mobile executives requiring an all-day mobile companion.
