Tickets to Apple’s WWDC 2013 event were sold out within two minutes of being made available. Naturally, that left many aspiring participants disappointed. Hence, Apple has announced that it would soon bring ‘Tech Talks’ to different cities.
If you aren’t lucky enough to have landed a WWDC ticket this year, the good news are that Apple will be posting the videos of the event’s sessions online. So, even if you won’t be able to attend it in person, you can get to know of the important announcements made at the event.
WWDC is one of the key tech events every year. Traditionally, Apple makes a number of important announcements during WWDC events, which are attended by Apple’s own engineers and developers in hundreds.
This year would be the first time Apple has decided to post the event’s videos online. Not only that, the company has further stated that it will soon be ‘hitting the road this fall with Tech Talks in a city near you.’ While Apple didn’t exactly reveal what these Tech Talks will comprise of, they are certainly worth looking forward to.
So for those who either couldn’t afford the $1,600 price tag or weren’t quick enough to book it in the first two minutes of its availability, there is finally some silver lining. We’ll keep an eye on Apple’s statements and let you know the exact cities where Apple will bring the Tech Talks.
