Google has introduced new functionality for its Chrome web browser and Android mobile operating system named as ‘Chrome to Phone’.This is a browser extension that allows users to send data to their mobile devices with a simple click of the mouse.
The extension, which debuted at the Google I/O a few months ago, can send whole pages, map directions and even telephone numbers to your Android device which immediately pop up via the corresponding application.
To make use of the function just install the extension on your Chrome browser and head over to the Android market to install the app for your phone, it’s only supported by FroYo and above though.
