Apple has just released it’s third and last iOS 4.3b3 to developers only. Only registered users can enroll in iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program and access these bits by signing into Apple Developer Center. The build number for this release is 8F5166b.
First Beta was released last month on January 12th, followed by second Beta on January 19th. The third beta is now available for download from the iOS Developer Center.
